Anger

Hey all,
sorry for no posts yesterday, but to make it up 2 special posts for today!

ANGER! what is anger? why do we feel angry? how do we feel angry? When do we feel angry? Before feeling angry none of us ask ourselves these questions, instead we just boil up. I myself am a short-tempered person and get angry quickly....but i was just thinking how does all this happen? We feel angry when we dislike something to such an extent that we can't tolerate the action any longer. Anger is an action we use to express for our strong dislike towards something or someone. But we don't seem to understand that nothing can go according to us in our way. We also feel angry when something or someone is wrong or when we are irritated. But irritation and feeling angry is something completely different although they are inter-linked. Coming back, is there actually a possible way to control our anger and stop it from overflowing? Yes there is, and one of the most popular, powerful and best exercise is to count till 100 and take deep breaths, after which you will see your anger vanish away...Don't believe me? Try it the next time and see if it makes a difference. One type of anger is an instinctual reaction to being trapped or hurt. Another type is a reaction to the perception of being intentionally harmed or mistreated by others. The third type of anger, which includes irritability, reflects an individual's personal character traits.

Some people when angry, either control it and sit quietly without saying a word or two, some burst out and say every possible thing against it.
Sometimes getting angry is also good for our system and our mind but letting our anger out on others is definitely the worst thing to do which almost all of us do, so try not to get angry and keep smiling....

Give it a thought
To every problem, there is a solution, just find the reason behind the problem and you will surely find the solution....
